To gain this item, one must trade Dragonwilds:Fuzan's Head to Dragonwilds:Icthlarin. At the moment, the item cannot be received by Icthlarin due to a bug that causes the items to vanish when crafting the Dragonwilds:Dragonfire Shield, instead you will receive the entire Dragonfire Shield.
