Minecraft:Pocket Edition v0.15.9 alpha

v0.15.9 alpha is a minor update to Minecraft:Pocket Edition, Minecraft:Gear VR Edition, and the Minecraft:Windows 10 Edition Beta released on September 22–23, 2016 that adds Minecraft:capes and a new Minecraft:skin pack, as well as fixes bugs and crashes in v0.15.8.<ref>"MINECON 2016 skin pack incoming! • Template:Version exclusive: Minecraft:MINECON 2016 Skin Pack, available for a limited time.
  • The Minecraft:MINECON cape skins can be worn by anyone with the Minecraft:MINECON skin pack, even if they did not go to Minecraft:MINECON.
  • As of October 7th, 2016, the limited time offer for the Minecraft:skin pack is over, it has been removed from all app stores, and its redemption code is now expired. Players who obtained it while it was available are still able to use it.
