Minecraft:The Twist of the Plot

Summary

After having been tasked by Poseidon to find the second enchanted ender eye in the Minecraft:Sunken Ruins, the team tries their best to swim to the surface. Right before their oxygen bar falls down, four potions of water breathing falls on them, which they drink. Soon, they meet Theseus, who tells the team that he is Poseidon's son and here to provide help. He tells that his father is actually tricking them to collect the enchanted ender eyes for his glory, before disappearing to the surface. Durango then asks CommuniKate about what happened, and she answers that it was a mere plot twist.

Quinn finds an underwater cave among the ruins, which the team immediately swims into and finds an air pocket surrounded by Greek letters. Quinn then excitedly runs into the block with the letter Template:W to dig it, claiming it to be an X mark. Meanwhile, Durango keeps speculating to CommuniKate about more plot twists, such as Zed being his mother in disguise or himself having superpowers, and CommuniKate asks if there are plot twists about herself. As Quinn deeps digger into the wall, she stumbles upon a chamber full of Athens creepers, which she tries to defeat with her pickaxe. As many of them come out, the rest of the team jumps into the water lake they came from, and Quinn defeats the creepers before they explode.

Entering the chamber, the team finds themselves in a larger cave with a water lake at the end and an enchanted ender eye chest in the center of the lake. Durango eagerly runs into the chest but gets stopped by the Hydra, who soon starts shooting fireballs at the team. It then swings its tail at Zed, sending him flying at a large distance. As it keeps shooting fireballs, the team tries to hide from its attacks, and CommuniKate feels hopeless. However, Quinn finds out that the Hydra can only shoot on one direction despite its many heads, ordering Durango and CommuniKate to kill it while she distracts it. Quinn then does what she said, running away from the Hydra as her friends slash its necks, causing it to explode and leaving a safe path for Zed to claim the ender eye.

Poseidon soon appears in a prismarine portal screen, telling the team that the pillars holding his prisoners are lowering and the next challenge will take place in the Canal. Meanwhile at the beach, Theseus panics and executes a teleport command on a tower of command blocks to the rooftop of Poseidon's Ocean Monument. He tells the prisoners that he, despite being their arch-enemy's son, will save them provided he do not make any more plot twists.
