Features

Starcloth features accurate collisions with the body, is influenced by the wind and support collisions with dynamic objects.<ref name=":0" />

It supports the complete range of motions.<ref name=":0" />

Thruster backwash, explosions, projectile impacts are taken into account.<ref name=":0" />

It always updates at 120 fps regardless of the framerate (~8 ms).<ref name=":0" />

History

In 2014 Star Citizen collaborated with Warhorse Studios, makers of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, in an exchange of technology and knowledge, regarding layering, in particular enhancements to the attachment system in CryEngine.<ref>Welcome Star Citizens!, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kickstarter, 18 février 2014</ref><ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref><ref>10 For the Chairman Episode 23.
