Template:Infobox NPC Mallory was a wizard whose memory was excellent, but lacked the power of his spells. He climbed through the ranks only by seniority and was never respected by his peers. One day, he focused his power to create the Dragonwilds:Magical Focus, and refined it further to increase the caster's magic powers. After sharing his newfound spell with his peers, Mallory's mentor killed him and claimed his knowledge. However, the mentor was later found to be swallowed and digested by a dragon.Template:CiteJournal
