Template:External Template:Infobox Item The Runecrafting cape is a Cape of Accomplishment able to be crafted and worn at level 99 Dragonwilds:Runecrafting. It can be crafted at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge. Players have a 50% chance of doubling the amount of runes specific to the Dragonwilds:anima vent that are siphoned.
A trimmed version of the cape can be crafted the same way if you have more than one skill at 99.
