Template:Infobox Item The radiant's heart is a Dragonwilds:quest item obtained during Dragonwilds:Icthlarin's Little Helper after defeating the Dragonwilds:red dragon found in the Dragonwilds:Manafem Plains. Subsequent defeats will award more hearts, but the quest giver will not take them and they cannot be destroyed.
Assuming one defeats the other 4-5 red dragons (the one northeast of the pyramid only spawns at night) each time they respawn, this item can be a useful tally to keep track of your kill count while grinding for the Dragonwilds:amulet of glory.
