Minecraft:Bamboo (feature)
More actions
A bamboo is a Minecraft:feature that consist of Minecraft:bamboo blocks, found throughout Minecraft:jungle biomes.
Generation
Bamboo features are made of Minecraft:bamboo blocks. They can be found in Minecraft:jungles and much more commonly in Minecraft:bamboo jungles.
If the feature generates in a bamboo jungle, then there is a chance for a Minecraft:podzol disk to generate under the bamboo stalk. This is one of few places podzol naturally appears outside of old growth taigas and Minecraft:trial chambers. In bamboo jungles, overlapping podzol disks of various sizes will cover almost all of the biome's surface.
The height of the bamboo stalk varies between 5 and 16 blocks, but if there is an obstacle blocking it then it will be cut short.
