Minecraft:Bats and Pots

Bats and Pots<ref>Template:Tweet</ref><ref>Bats-and-Pots_01_Header_1170x500%20.jpg</ref> is a Minecraft:game drop<ref>Template:Tweet</ref> released on December 5, 2023,<ref>Template:Mcnet</ref><ref>Template:Cite</ref> as Minecraft:Java Edition 1.20.3 and Minecraft:Bedrock Edition 1.20.50. It redesigns Minecraft:bats and adds new functionalities for Minecraft:decorated pots.

It was not originally considered a game drop upon release and was only retroactively referred to as such after the release of Minecraft:Armored Paws.

Minecraft:Decorated pot

• Now can store up to a single stack of one type of item.
  • Minecraft:Hoppers, Minecraft:minecarts with hoppers, and Minecraft:droppers can now insert and/or extract items from them.
  • Minecraft:Redstone Comparators can now read the number of items in them.
  • Minecraft:Players can interact with them and insert items into them.
    • Player interactions with them cause them to wobble and trigger a vibration frequency of 11.
  • They have no GUI, and need to be broken to retrieve their content by players.
• Now can be broken by Minecraft:projectiles, which cause them to shatter and drop their contents.
• Now has new sounds for breaking, shattering and being stepped on.
• Now can stack up to 64.
