Caves & Cliffs Update: Part II – Official Trailer is the second trailer for the Caves & Cliffs update.

Summary

Steve and Alex are exploring a Minecraft:cave opening in a mountain, with Steve feeling intimidated by a Minecraft:cobweb. After cowering behind Alex, they pull out a Minecraft:torch, and soon they begin mining for copper. Feeling mischievous, Alex makes a shadow puppet of a spider using a dead bush, to Steve's horror. After some facial banter, Alex decides to leave on a Minecraft:minecart, but falls down a long track through a mineshaft into a lush cave. A spring catches their fall, meanwhile Steve continues mining and ends up falling into a dripstone cave themself, suffering great injuries through slapstick.

Meanwhile, Alex dances on big dripleaves. They then stumble upon an amethyst geode. Steve is not so fortunate, getting burned and stabbed many times while trying to find their way out, as several real spiders apparently sit back and laugh at them. Alex befriends an axolotl, Steve tries to run in fear from a massive clutter of spiders. They fall down a hole and falls right on top of Alex, sending them down a waterfall into a cave full of monsters. In a panic, they use the materials they gathered over their journey to craft a Minecraft:spyglass, eyeing out an exit for them. With the axolotl bucketed, they scurry out of the cave and seal it with Minecraft:gravel, only to realize they are now at the top of the mountain.

To make matters worse, Steve is rammed off the cliff by a goat.
