22w42a bug fixes

In 22w42a, with the overhaul of the Creative inventory, numerous "bugs" were fixed. The list of bug reports that were resolved with the changes in 22w42a are as follows below:

• Moved Minecraft:netherite ingot to come after Minecraft:netherite scrap in the Creative inventory instead of before.<ref name="netherite out of order">Template:Bug</ref>
• Grouped Minecraft:nether wart blocks to be right after Minecraft:leaves in the Natural Blocks tab.<ref name="wart block leaves">Template:Bug</ref>

22w43a bug fixes

• Restored water bottle, awkward, thick, and mundane potion variants; of regular, splash, and lingering potions; to the Creative inventory; after their removal in 22w42a.<ref name="missing water bottle"></ref>
• Grouped Minecraft:vines with Minecraft:weeping vines and Minecraft:twisting vines together in the Natural Blocks tab.<ref name="vines grouped java">Template:Bug</ref>
