A displacement wand is an item introduced in Minecraft:25w14craftmine. Its description reads: "Jera Isaz Berkanan".
Obtaining
The displacement wand is only obtainable without Minecraft:commands by getting the upgrade "Enigma", but by default this upgrade is obfuscated. Killing a Minecraft:enderman makes this upgrade readable.
Usage
It has different properties from the normal version; instead of following a curved trajectory, it travels in a straight line when fired, and when the player is teleported, they take no Minecraft:damage.
