Insomnia is a mechanic in Minecraft that allows Minecraft:phantoms to spawn around players that have not entered a Minecraft:bed or died for three in-game days (1 hour or 72000 ticks). Template:IN, this value is specifically defined by the "Since last rest" Minecraft:statistic. It can be disabled with the command Template:Cmd Template:In or Template:Cmd Template:In.
Insomnia may refer to:
- Template:EntityLink – phantoms may only spawn when a player has insomnia.
- Minecraft:Sleeping – sleeping or entering a bed are methods to reset the insomnia counter.
- Template:CmdTemplate:Only or Template:CmdTemplate:Only – a Minecraft:game rule that enables or disables insomnia, and thus, phantom spawning.
