18w07b is the nineteenth Minecraft:snapshot for Minecraft:Java Edition 1.13, released on February 15, 2018,<ref>Template:Snap</ref> which fixes bugs.

Additions

• Added the block Minecraft:tag minecraft:waterlogged.
• Added the block and item tags: minecraft:rails, and minecraft:sand.

Minecraft:Bubble columns

• Reduced upward bubble column item movement speed<ref>Template:Bug</ref>.

Minecraft:Dried kelp blocks

• Are now flammable.

Scute

• Renamed "Turtle Shell Piece" to "Scute".

Mobs

Spawning

• Mobs are no longer able to spawn or replenish their breath in Minecraft:kelp and Minecraft:sea grass.

Minecraft:Turtles

• Breeding now requires Minecraft:sea grass instead of Minecraft:raw cod.<ref>Template:Bug</ref>

Gameplay

• Oxygen no longer regenerates instantly when the player exits Minecraft:water.
