Minecraft:Scrolls Champion Cape

The Scrolls Champion Cape is a Minecraft:cape that was given out to high-ranking players of Minecraft:Mojang's game Minecraft:Caller's Bane, formerly known as Scrolls.

Distribution

Starting on November 7th, 2014, this cape was given to players who earned first place on the Scrolls weekly ladder five separate times.<ref name="Scrolls cape announcement">https://web.archive.org/web/20160320011410/https://scrolls.com/2014/11/up-up-and-away</ref> As of September 30, 2015, capes were no longer given out for this.<ref name="Scrolls cape ended">https://web.archive.org/web/20160308073845/https://scrolls.com/2015/09/greeting-fellow-citizens-of-the-internet</ref> This is due to the fact that the player counts had gotten too low for the environment to remain competitive.<ref name="Scrolls cape ending">https://web.archive.org/web/20150718025116/http://scrollsdev.tumblr.com:80/post/124058513081/scrolls-faq</ref>

During Minecraft:MINECON 2015, the Scrolls MINECON Open was held for Scrolls' in-game items and other prizes, with the top four players also getting the cape.<ref name="Scrolls MINECON Open">https://web.archive.org/web/20160314103615/https://scrolls.com/2015/06/announcing-the-minecon-open</ref>
