Minecraft:Sculk Vein

A sculk vein is a Minecraft:block found in the Minecraft:deep dark or generated by Minecraft:sculk catalysts. It can generate or be placed on any side of a solid block.

Obtaining

Breaking

Sculk veins can be mined with any tool, but Minecraft:hoes are the quickest. A sculk vein drops itself only if it is broken with a Minecraft:tool enchanted with Minecraft:Silk Touch. Otherwise, it drops nothing. Template:Breaking row

Natural generation

Template:Main Sculk veins are generated within the Minecraft:deep dark biome.

Post-generation

Sculk veins generate when a mob dies within 8 blocks of a Minecraft:sculk catalyst.

Usage

Sculk veins can be placed on any and multiple sides of a block, similar to Minecraft:glow lichen.

Sculk veins cannot be destroyed by flowing Minecraft:water or Minecraft:lava.<ref>Template:Bug</ref>
