Michael "Searge"<ref>Template:Tweet</ref> Stoyke is a technical lead<ref>Template:Cite</ref> working at Minecraft:Mojang Studios. He is currently working on Minecraft:Minecraft. His employment at Mojang was announced on November 2, 2013 at the "Future of Minecraft" panel at Minecraft:MINECON 2013.<ref name=panel>Template:Ytl</ref> His first day at the Mojang office was January 2, 2014.<ref>Template:Tweet</ref> He is most well known for founding the Mod Coder Pack. He is the founding member of Minecraft:ModJam and was known for his 'secret feature' game where he adds secret features, mainly command block ones, to the game in secret and waits for users to find them and report them on Twitter. On February 13, 2015, Searge announced on Twitter that the 'secret feature' game would stop when snapshots are released for Minecraft:Java Edition 1.9, claiming that it was getting 'a bit old'.<ref>Template:Tweet</ref><ref>Template:Tweet</ref>

Trivia

• During the snapshots for Minecraft:Java Edition 1.9 there used to be a written book in the Minecraft:End ships. It reads "We will have something else here soon", referring to Minecraft:elytra, and was signed by Searge.
• There is a secret signature for him, Minecraft:JAPPA and Minecraft:Chiwi in the Minecraft:Armor Stand texture.
