Minecraft:Sunny

Template:Infobox characterSunny is one of the nine default skins Minecraft:players can use in Minecraft:Minecraft, and the fourth to be introduced. They first appeared in promotional material for Minecraft:The Wild Update, alongside Minecraft:Noor and Minecraft:Efe, and has since become a major recurring character in the franchise.

Appearance

Sunny is typically depicted with wide arms, and warm skin. They have a black short cut, white eyes, black pupils, and brown lips. Their outfit is a pair of blue overalls on top of a green flannel shirt with black and white shoes, but their signature feature is a prosthetic arm made of metal.

In the character creator, Sunny has approximately five unique items. Note that their prosthetic arm is part of the base.

• Similar to Steve's beard being confused for a smile, many players mistake Sunny's hair for a hat, such as a beanie.
  • By extension, it is also commonly called a bowler cut, which wasn't the intention.<ref>Template:Cite Discord</ref> Despite this, it is referred to as one in the character creator.
• Of all nine default skins, Sunny is Minecraft:Jasper Boerstra's personal favorite.<ref>Template:YouTube link</ref>
• Although not usable in the map itself, Sunny and Noor are used to promote the map Minecraft:Trial Chamber Legends.<ref>Template:Mcnet</ref>
• Despite there being an arm category, Sunny's prosthetic is actually a part of their base in Bedrock Edition.
• In a Minecraft:Minecraft Monthly video announcing the Minecraft:Beyond the Pale Garden event, Sunny can briefly be seen without their overalls, before suddenly regaining them.
