On the south end of Sun Vale's "Ranalon Island", a psychic fish asked you to help remove extremely vicious eels via angling.
Prerequisites
To start this quest, angle by the south side of "Ranalon Island" in Sun Vale.

"Help! The frogs are raising vicious eels that kill everything else! We can't compete! You have to help us! You must!

- Angle Invasive Ice Fish. -This is the in-game instructions as of June 5, 2023. The real target is Vicious Eel x12.
