To All Mages:

Once again we are being accused of harboring Mutterers in our midst. I know that you are all proud orcs who would never betray your kin, and so I am defending your honor to the other Majors. But we MUST be certain there is no truth to these rumors.

If there are Mutterers in Gazluk Keep, I know that you mages are the only orcs here who have a chance of finding them. And I will reward you for your work. I have negotiated with the other Majors to obtain five of the above-ground homes. They will be painted a new color, and be for mages only. One of the homes is mine, and one is Lieutenant Frekat's. The first mage that brings me proof of Mutterers gets their pick of the remaining three. If you do not want to live above ground, I will instead pay 4000 Councils or 3000 Obols -- Your choice.

Work quickly. The other orcs must not have reason to distrust us!
