- UPE Navy General Armistead Perry proposes all StarCitizen:Xi'an-connected systems are placed under the control of the StarCitizen:Navy in order to provide a buffer zone between the rest of the StarCitizen:UPE and the neighboring alien systems in the event of an attack. This would go on to be known as the StarCitizen:Perry Line.
