StarCitizen:Alpha UEC

Alpha UEC (aUEC) is a test currency in StarCitizen:Star Citizen which is to be replaced by StarCitizen:UEC, introduced in Alpha 2.4.0. It is designed to test out economy balance, item pricing, mission rewards, and more. Cloud Imperium Games monitors the activity of the initial wave of Alpha UEC and improve and iterate on the features mentioned.<ref name=":0">Template:Cite RSI</ref>

Players cannot be reimbursed aUEC if lost due to a crash or bugs.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>

Development history

aUEC was awarded for performing both Outlaw and "Defender" missions in StarCitizen:Crusader, and could also be earned by salvaging rare valuables in the asteroid fields around crusader in Alpha 2.4.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>

Wipe

aeuc, and anything purchased with it, can be wiped at any point so that a clean slate can be instituted to begin a new cycle of testing.<ref name=":0" />
