An Overview of the Xi’an Language for Diplomats is a publication by the Office of Xenolinguistic Protocol. As the name implies is a document instructing diplomats in the basics of the StarCitizen:Xi'an language and social behaviours necessary for operating within the StarCitizen:Xi'an Empire.
