A ship operated by StarCitizen:Dunder Shipping and assigned the RegTag 130J-45T3S, the StarCitizen:Dunder Sunbeam 4 was a StarCitizen:MISC StarCitizen:Starfarer whose pilot attempted to shorten their route by cutting through unmonitored space. The ship and its crew resultantly fell victim to StarCitizen:outlaws, and was lost with all hands in the August of StarCitizen:2946.<ref name=":0">Star Citizen: 2016 Gamescom Alpha 3.0 Demo. YouTube. StarCitizen:Miles Eckhart of StarCitizen:Eckhart Security would personally contract a freelancer the next day in order to retrieve the ship's StarCitizen:black box on behalf of StarCitizen:Dunder Shipping for insurance claim reasons. Finding the StarCitizen:Dunder Sunbeam 4 surrounded and boarded, the freelancer and his companion successfully cleared the wreck, verified the loss of the crew, and retrieved the black box data before departing to follow a less-than-above-board lead towards the ship's lost cargo on the moon below.<ref name=":0" />
Trivia
- The StarCitizen:Gamescom 2016 demo in which this ship participated had transplanted StarCitizen:Delamar into the StarCitizen:Stanton system, and Delamar (a planetoid 2000 km in diameter at the time) had a moon of its own which the StarCitizen:Dunder Sunbeam 4 was found nearby. All of the above now being false, the location where the ship met its final demise is uncertain.<ref name=":0" />
- The StarCitizen:Dunder Sunbeam 4 was the location for the first in-engine sighting of the StarCitizen:Drake StarCitizen:Dragonfly Yellowjacket, found hidden in a container aboard the wreck.<ref name=":0" />
