The term Emperor usually refers to the ruler of an [[StarCitizen::Category:Empires|Empire]].
The formal title of the head of the United Empire of Earth is called StarCitizen:Imperator instead. Emperor therefore pretty much exclusively refers to the StarCitizen:Emperor Kray of the StarCitizen:Xi'an Empire.
