The organisation known as Genesis Terraforming is presently active and noteworthy for the experimental StarCitizen:Terraforming of StarCitizen:Nyx I beginning in StarCitizen:2954 which had progressed into a stage of nascent oceans and atmosphere by November of StarCitizen:2955. The primary goal of the Nyx experiment is to remove previously irremovable chemicals in Nyx's atmosphere that had previously stymied terraforming on many worlds, principally StarCitizen:Smog planets.<ref>Edition 4.4.
