StarCitizen:Legatus Navium

Legatus Navium (loosely translated Diplomat of the Navy) is the highest ranking member of the StarCitizen:UEE Navy and represents the military branch at the StarCitizen:High Command. He or she dictates policy more than operational control.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
