Hiding behind cover will allow to protect from the radiation.<ref name=":0" />

Clothes

Different outfits will help protect against the radiation to varying degrees. As long as the radiation doesn't exceed the threshold the protection will hold but as radiation gets higher the protection will peel off.<ref name=":0" />

Flora

The Fotia scrub relies on solar flares for its reproduction. Rather than having traditional stamen and pollen, it allows StarCitizen:radiation from flares to mutate its genetics before releasing its seedpod.<ref>Star Citizen: Fotia Scrub Plant, artstation, Daniel Peres, June 20 2025</ref>
