StarCitizen:Subgiant

A subgiant is a star brighter than a main-sequence star of the same StarCitizen:spectral type, but not as bright as a true giant. A star becomes one after exhausting the hydrogen in its core: fusion moves to a shell around the core, and the star begins to swell and cool on its way to the giant branch.
