Super heavy armor is the heaviest class of personal armor, introduced in Alpha 4.9.0 with StarCitizen:Clark Defense Systems' BUL-H4 series.
It is built differently from the lighter classes. Where light, medium and heavy armor are sets of separate torso, arms and legs pieces worn over an undersuit, super heavy armor is a single powered suit that covers the body, worn with a matching helmet and an ammunition backpack. A power-assisted frame carries the weight of its plating, and that assistance is what lets the wearer carry and fire a heavy machine gun.<ref name="ig490">Template:Cite game</ref>
