Its final CEO, StarCitizen:Anden Arden, sold off all patents and intellectual property until the company was eventually absorbed by StarCitizen:ArcCorp and dissolved. StarCitizen:Aaron Schere, host of StarCitizen:Kaizen asserted in his show that the remaining board members, including Arden received a healthy payout while the other employees were terminated with nothing.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
