Helper template for making banner recipes.

Template:P chooses the output mode:

• banner: outputs the frames for the banner slot in a recipe
• ingredients: outputs the text for the ingredients parameter, Template:P optionally sets an additional ingredient
• output: outputs the list of dyed banners, with Template:P setting the banner pattern
