Template:Documentation header Template:Shortcut This is an extended version of the template Comment, which allows an additional phrase to the main word which is used to determine the icon.

Example usage

Should we delete this page?

{{ExtendedComment|Agree| with your suggestion.}} The page is now useless.

→ Template:ExtendedComment The page is now useless.

{{ExtendedComment|Neutral|.}} I agree that it is now useless, but I think the good old guys would love to still see it.

Traditional method

You can still achieve this using {{Comment}} by using your alternative text as the second parameter, however using this makes the comment easier to read as wikitext.
