Parameters

name: Not Optional. Must be Article name.
desc1: OPTIONAL. The Beginner's Augury effect description. (stack 1)
desc2: OPTIONAL. The Basic Augury effect description. (stack 2)
desc3: OPTIONAL. The Advanced Augury effect description. (stack 3)
desc4: OPTIONAL. The Expert Augury effect description. (stack 4)
