Bow of Elidinis
The bow of Elidinis is a Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:masterwork Dragonwilds:longbow that can be crafted at a Dragonwilds:fletching bench. The recipe is received as a reward for completing the Dragonwilds:Mapping The Sands II quest. It can be ascended at the Dragonwilds:mystic forge using Dragonwilds:ascension cores.

Its first Dragonwilds:special effect is Blessing of Elidinis, which makes Dragonwilds:arrows also deal Dragonwilds:water magic damage in addition to Dragonwilds:ranged damage. Kills with water magic have a chance to drop Dragonwilds:water orbs that provide some Dragonwilds:health and a little Dragonwilds:hydration when picked up. Its special action is Lunar Rain, which costs 6 Dragonwilds:stamina and deals Dragonwilds:water magic damage over the targeted area for a short time. This is considered a Dragonwilds:Magic attack rather than a Dragonwilds:Ranged one, providing Magic Dragonwilds:XP and benefitting from the Dragonwilds:lesser magic potion and 3/3 magic armour's set effect increasing the chance of getting Dragonwilds:critical strikes instead of Ranged XP and weakpoint modifiers. However, its other special effect is Purity of the Moon, which is supposed to prevent the use of barbed, poisoned, and fire arrows when using this bow. However, this does not work, and all of those arrows can be fired from this weapon.

Similar to the Dragonwilds:zombie axe, when using normal, barbed, or poisoned arrows, this weapon deals both ranged and water damage simultaneously. Unlike most other damage modifiers, this damage is additive, which means that attacking an enemy weak to one but resistant to the other will result in more damage done than expected, but less than an enemy neither weak nor resistant to either. However, when using fire arrows, the water damage is replaced with fire. When comparing this bow to the Dragonwilds:hunter stagbow against Dragonwilds:KotHaar specifically, it deals slightly more, but the stagbow fires slightly faster. Therefore, when not using Astral Rain, in all other situations, the hunter stagbow is the ideal longbow to ascend.

Template:Infobox Item The bow of Elidinis is a Dragonwilds:power level 7 Dragonwilds:masterwork Dragonwilds:longbow that can be crafted at a Dragonwilds:fletching bench.
