{{Journal entry|The dragonkin discovered a unique and powerful resources in their time on Ashenfall, the blood of a goddess - Lougrim. She was a moon deity, in-tune with the natural world, the forest and a source of great vitality. Her blood carries some of those properties.

If imbibed, even small amounts of blood, centuries old, can enhance one's vital spark, making you hardier and healthier. You can take more damage and survive greater threats, overcome the most dangerous challenges.

The blood was kept in a number of urns, which were separated and hidden across Ashenfall, in hope that the resource wouldn't easily be destroyed. It was to be a linchpin in their great endeavours, until Kuldra laid those lofty dreams to rest. Once they were buried, deep within the earth, but time, and other, more mysterious source, have brought them to the surface just in time for your arrival.

Anyone, and by that, I mean you, dear reader, can use the power of these urns for yourself. Explore Ashenfall and seek out these hidden locations; take the power of the goddess for your own.

Whilst the blood may be weaker than before, it will still make you healthier, increasing your ability to stand against the great threat of Ashenfall.}}

Sanguine Urns are an interactable scenery item that, once interacted with, gives the player 10 Dragonwilds:health to their total health pool. These urns can be found very easily through the World Map and the icon can be found on the compass within 50-60 meters. Some of these urns can be found in caves or underground areas, but not in vaults.

Once interacted with, the effects of increased health persist after death and through other worlds, including Dedicated Servers. Since the release of these urns, there are currently 18 urns available.
