Key arts are released by Minecraft:Mojang Studios to promote Minecraft:Minecraft, its major updates or game drops and other games in the franchise. They usually depict Minecraft:Minecraft in a significantly more simplistic style than what is found in-game, removing most detailed texturing from features like mobs and blocks. Key arts for major updates focus only on the additions of that update, with few exceptions. Key arts cannot be found in-game, as they are only released through social media accounts and Minecraft:minecraft.net.
