Template:Infobox Scenery Velgar's Rise, also known as Brakka's Folly, is a monument constructed for Dragonwilds:Brakka during the Dragonwilds:Third Age of Dragonwilds:Gielinor. It is located in Dragonwilds:Ashenfall within the Dragonwilds:Fractured Plains. When Brakka was killed and devoured, the tower, out of spite, was claimed by Dragonwilds:Velgar.
At the top of the tower, a Dragonkin Altar can be found. The Dragonwilds:Challenge Horn can be used on the altar to challenge and fight Velgar.
