It also provides the player with the Fungal Fortitude Perk, which grants resistance to Dragonwilds:poison buildup by 33% for 300 seconds. There is also a 5% chance to produce a Dragonwilds:rat roast whilst making fortifying soup.

It is said that Dragonwilds:Guthix created the first fortifying soup, as a gift for his chief druids. While the first few attempts resulted in terrible food poisoning — Guthix was a god, not a chef — the perfected recipe soon became a favourite once he mixed in mushrooms. This was because the mushrooms absorbed much of the toxins, making it much more palatable.
