Template:Infobox NPC Caratacus the Elder is an old Garou located in the north western part of the Dragonwilds:Fractured Plains, outside of the Dragonwilds:Stormtouched Highlands. Speaking with them starts the secondary quest Dragonwilds:A Room With A Garou.
He was a guard of a tribe and met his wife, Cliodhina, while she was stealing meat and pelts from the tribe. Cliodhina later passed away and Caratacus wanted to fulflll her wish of living closer to the water.
