Dragonkin Vaults (aka Vaults) are special dungeons that can be found within the continent of Dragonwilds:Ashenfall. These vaults contain deadly traps, rats, goblins, and Vault Guardians. However, there are blueprint recipes and other rewards hidden in each vault in the form of a treasure chest in every vault. If a player dies inside a vault, a Dragonwilds:gravestone will be placed at the outside entrance. It should also be noted that all players will need to discover the locations of these vaults in order for them to appear on your map.

Resources
Vault resources vary by region, with some remaining static. Every vault contains the following resources:
- Dragonwilds:Chest
- Dragonwilds:Vault Core - Three are typically available per vault, being placed near key progression points on pillars. These are obtained through interacting with a scenery objects. They are not collected from vault chests or monsters.
- Dragonwilds:Vault Shard - Found within vault chests and dropped from vault monsters.
Regional variance example:
- Dragonwilds:Vertentis Kara - Since Dragonwilds:Clay Node is a primary resource in the region which hosts Vertentis Kara, Clay Nodes will be present in the vault.
Unique exceptions:
- Dragonwilds:Blurite Ore Node - Only found in Dragonwilds:Takla Kara, a vault located in Fractured Plains.

Recipes can be learned within some dragonkin vaults. Typically, recipes are learned by interacting with Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Effigy.
