Minecraft:Nether Wart Block

Template:Infobox block Nether wart blocks are decorative Minecraft:blocks found in Minecraft:crimson forests and crafted using Minecraft:Nether wart.

Obtaining

Breaking

Nether wart blocks can be mined using any tool or by hand, but a Minecraft:hoe is the fastest way to break it.

Natural generation

Nether wart blocks and generate as part of Minecraft:huge crimson fungi in Minecraft:crimson forests.

Post generation

Template:Main Using Minecraft:bone meal on a Minecraft:crimson fungus that is planted on Minecraft:crimson nylium has a 40% chance to grow into its huge equivalent, generating Nether wart blocks as part of it.

Usage

Nether wart blocks are not a storage block as it cannot be crafted back into Minecraft:Nether wart.<ref>Template:Bug</ref>

Composting

Nether wart blocks can be fed into a Minecraft:composter with an 85% chance of leveling up the pile.

Mob spawning

Minecraft:Piglins, Minecraft:zombified piglins, and Minecraft:hoglins do not spawn on top of Nether wart blocks. Other Nether mobs such as Minecraft:skeletons and Minecraft:endermen are not prevented from spawning.
