Eric 'Wingman' Peterson was a game designer at Cloud Imperium Games.

Eric Peterson used to do a show on YouTube about the Houston Rockets which he would end by saying "See you". "In the verse" came from Firefly. Merging the two on Wingman's Hangar is how "See you in the verse" came to be.<ref name=":1" />
