This is found in a chest, located under a cliff near the northern border of the Dragonwilds:Fractured Plains, west of the main river. This cliff is located near a broken bridge and has surrounding wolves, Dragonwilds:garou hunters, and Dragonwilds:garou druids; players are recommended to bring Dragonwilds:armour, a high-tiered weapon, to help navigate through this area.
