Brialka - The Historian Councillor is one of the councillor of the Uzzer clan of the moon garou of Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands. He is one of the three councill members that need to be spoken to during the Dragonwilds:Icthlarin's Little Helper quest. He is located north of the Uzzer camp. just outside of the Dragonwilds:Dragonkin Vault.
