Ulgo's diary is a lore scrap, found north of the southern wall separating the Dragonwilds:Lake of Lost Souls from Dragonwilds:Silverthorn Keep in a collapsed bit of castle. There is a chest in the same ruin, both nearby a Dragonwilds:statue of Dragonwilds:Saradomin.
