Minecraft:Bamboo Jungle

Template:Infobox biome A bamboo jungle is a variant of the Minecraft:jungle with dense Minecraft:bamboo growth and large Minecraft:jungle trees. Minecraft:Pandas are abundant in this biome.

Generation

The bamboo jungle generates in areas with moderately high temperature, very high humidity and positive weirdness. They typically border Minecraft:sparse jungles, Minecraft:dark forests, Minecraft:deserts, Minecraft:wooded badlands, Minecraft:mangrove swamps and sometimes Minecraft:windswept forests. At higher elevations they transition to regular Minecraft:jungles and Minecraft:stony peaks. They may also be separated from regular jungles by Minecraft:rivers. In coastal areas they border Minecraft:lukewarm oceans.

Due to their very high Minecraft:humidity values, bamboo jungles are almost guaranteed to have Minecraft:lush caves generate below them; however, when the bamboo jungle is generated far inland, Minecraft:dripstone caves may generate under the bamboo jungle instead.

Description

Minecraft:Oaks, Minecraft:jungle trees, and Minecraft:jungle bushes are much sparser in this variant than in the regular jungle, but denser than in the Minecraft:sparse jungle. Jungle trees are always large 2×2 variants; thus Minecraft:cocoa beans from small jungle trees cannot be found here.

Minecraft:Melon patches are as common as in regular variants. Some swaths of Minecraft:grass blocks are replaced with Minecraft:podzol with dense forests of Minecraft:bamboo generating on top. All jungle-exclusive mobs spawn here, and Minecraft:pandas have a higher spawn rate. Minecraft:Jungle pyramids may generate here Template:In.

With Minecraft:Vibrant Visuals, bamboo jungles use a strong humid volumetric fog setting similar to jungles, which fades the distance in an orange tint. Bamboo jungles have warmish color grading, which makes the biome look more humid and warm. The night sky appears slightly brighter, and moonlight is colored more vibrant blue.
