Trees with vines (commonly referred to as dying trees) are Minecraft:features that resemble a Minecraft:tree being overtaken by Minecraft:vines.
Generation
Trees with vines appear almost identical to regular trees, but all exposed Minecraft:logs on the main trunk are covered with Minecraft:vines. When trees with vines generate on slopes or cliffs, the vines quickly grow and cover the environment.
Only Minecraft:oak, Minecraft:spruce, Minecraft:jungle, and Minecraft:dark oak trees can generate as trees with vines. Jungle trees with vines are not to be confused with decorated jungle trees, which are also covered in vines including their leaves.
Trees with vines can be found in all biomes where their regular variants grow, except Minecraft:groves.
Trees with vines also have a chance to generate from their respective Minecraft:sapling when it grows.
