Created by the orcs of Gazluk as part of a short-lived coalition with the neighboring Council Lands. The "Pathfinders of Kur" initiative would have been a mixed-race team of orcs and humans that patrolled and mapped the vast mountain range. Unfortunately one of the human diplomats to Kur drunkenly revealed that the Council cared little about Kur itself, but mostly wanted this opportunity to work cooperatively with the orcs and perhaps build comeraderie. The orcs perceived it as "manipulative human trickery", killed the diplomat, and called the alliance off. But the armor had already been delivered. It's pretty good.
