Sagas are major narrative arcs in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, told through the game's primary Dragonwilds:quests. Each saga follows a central storyline that unfolds across the continent of Dragonwilds:Ashenfall. Most regions contain a single chapter dedicated to their local narrative; however, Wrath of Velgar is an exception, beginning in Dragonwilds:Brynmoor before continuing into Dragonwilds:Ghornfell, making it the only chapter to span multiple regions.

Sagas

Kuldra's Saga

Kuldra's Saga is the first saga to be released alongside RuneScape: Dragonwilds. It follows the Dragonwilds:player's arrival in Ashenfall and their efforts to confront Dragonwilds:Kuldra and her dragons. It takes place during the Dragonwilds:Sixth Age, following the events of Template:RSL, and establishes the beginning of the player's journey across the continent of Ashenfall.

Dragonwilds:The Story So Far, is a lore scrap entry that provides an overview of the events preceding the start of the game.

Chapter 1: Wrath of Velgar

Template:OccDur

"They swooped down from the skies and decimated the landing party. Whole teams of people, gone, just like that. "Queen Kuldra bids you welcome," they laughed, as our comrades drew their final breath." - Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man

This is the opening chapter of Kuldra's Saga, Wrath of Velgar. Upon arriving in Ashenfall, the player emerges from an ancient, ruined Saradominist temple and is introduced to essential survival techniques by several notable characters, including the Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man, Dragonwilds:Doric, Dragonwilds:Vannaka, and Dragonwilds:Zanik. After completing this introductory training, the player sets out across the region of Brynmoor, battling goblins and other hostile creatures to acquire stronger equipment before confronting the dragon general Dragonwilds:Velgar at his tower within Ghornfell.

The chapter concludes with the player defeating Velgar and delivering his severed head to the Wise Old Man outside the tower.

Chapter 2: Beyond the Grave

Template:OccDur

"Welcome to Fellhollow. The whole region is infected with a terrible withering. Some dread curse that untethers the soul and drags it to the River Noumenon without ever sailing upon it, preventing the dead from moving on. This cannot stand." - Death

Beyond the Grave is the second chapter of Kuldra's Saga. It follows the player's journey into the region of Dragonwilds:Fellhollow after the defeat of Velgar, here the players will be introduced to Death. Here, they will learn of Dragonwilds:Imaru and the plague she had unleashed within the region centuries ago and will be asked to slay her in order to restore the region. Here the players discover the Dragonwilds:Wither effect and how to enter it, and escape it. Players will be facing all kinds of Dragonwilds:undead when in the region, even Dragonwilds:green dragons, preparing themselves before they face Imaru.

The chapter concludes with the player defeating Imaru and the delivering her severed head to Death.

Chapter 3: Madness of Zamorak

Template:OccDur

"Full of angry Zamorakians. Quite the bother. Good thing you're here though, you can get us moving again. The way is blocked by something called the Gatekeeper. Not sure what it is, or who it is, but it's in the way. There's a nasty magical barrier before we can even reach them, but Doric's working on it as we speak." - Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man

Madness of Zamorak is the third chapter of Kuldra's Saga. It follows the player's journey to Dragonwilds:Dowdun Reach after the defeat of Imaru. The chapter concludes with the player defeating the Titan and bringing his broken sword to Doric to prove their victory.

Chapter 4: Fire of Fuzan

Template:OccDur

"Souls are coming to me from Umbral Sand at a faster and faster rate. My good friend Death informed me that the culprit is Fuzan, a dragon tyrant of these dunes." - Dragonwilds:Icthlarin

Fire of Fuzan is the fourth and penultimate chapter of Kuldra's Saga. It follows the player's journey to Dragonwilds:Umbral Sands after defeating the Black Knight Titan. Here, they will be asked by Dragonwilds:Icthlarin to assist them in rebuilding his mother's mirror to lead them into Dragonwilds:Fuzan's lair. The player will be tasked to gain the trusts of the Moon Garou in order to gain the pieces needed for the mirrors. Players will be facing Dragonwilds:kalphites, red dragons, Dragonwilds:KotHaar and other dangers within the region to prepare for their fight against Fuzan.

This chapter concludes with the player defeating Fuzan and his trials, as well as delivering his head to Icthlarin.
